DESCRIPTION:
The core build work: taking a site or product from a blank repo to running in production, or taking an existing one and making it faster, safer to change, and easier to hand off. Everything from a small business’s first real site through larger, agency-style and enterprise engagements runs through the same process: plan the architecture, build it in the open, and leave behind something the next engineer can read.

DESCRIPTION:
A second, senior opinion when the decision is too expensive to get wrong: whether to rebuild or extend, whether a codebase is what it’s being sold as, or whether the roadmap gets you where you’re trying to go. This work sits fractionally alongside a team rather than inside it: in some engagements as ongoing CTO-style advisory, in others as a fixed-scope audit with a clear answer at the end.

AI SYSTEMS & AUTOMATION CONSULTING
DESCRIPTION:
Automation and AI built into what a business already runs, not a chatbot bolted on for a demo, and not a pilot that quietly dies after the kickoff meeting. This is the same build discipline as the other two services, applied to workflow automation, AI feature development, and the process audits that find where automation pays for itself.
